🍯 Flavor Pairings / What to Add
Because Gravel Root is earthy and slightly bitter, it pairs well with herbs that sweeten or brighten a blend:
-
Cinnamon → adds warmth + improves flavor
-
Ginger → enhances circulation + reduces bitterness
-
Lemon peel → freshens and brightens
-
Marshmallow root → softens bitterness + supports urinary health
-
Mint → refreshing and cooling balance
Energetically helpful additions:
-
Rose to soften emotional heaviness
-
Nettle for strength and kidney support
-
Lemon balm for emotional calming
🌬 Can It Be Smoked in an Herbal Cigarette?
