8 oz hot water

🍯 Flavor Pairings / What to Add
Gotu Kola has a mildly bitter, grassy taste.
Best additions:
-
Lemon balm → enhances calm + improves flavor
-
Mint → brightens and refreshes
-
Ginger → warms and balances bitterness
-
Lemongrass → lifts the flavor and supports mental clarity
-
Honey or agave → softens herbal bitterness
Energetic pairings:
-
Mugwort for intuition work
-
Tulsi for spiritual protection and clarity
-
Rose for emotional balance
🌬 Can It Be Smoked in an Herbal Cigarette?
Not recommended.
Gotu Kola is too leafy and bitter when burned, and smoking does not provide its cognitive or circulatory benefits. Best used in teas, tinctures, or powders.
